The author questionnaire is a tool that gives us as much information as possible about you, so that we can effectively market your work and seek the proper publicity. There are four pages: Basic Information, All About You, About the Work, and Marketing & Publicity. Please give yourself enough time to fill out all four pages. If you need to change something before you submit it, you can use the “Previous” button at the bottom of each page to step backwards, then use “Next” to return to where you were.

If we are publishing your short story, many fields under the “About the Work” section may not apply. Just fill out whatever makes sense and if we need more information, we will let you know. For a book-length work like a novel or memoir, you should strive to fill out everything.
