Happy Phase 2, New York! Radix Media has officially reopened. We will be taking the proper precautions by disinfecting the shop regularly and staggering our work schedules. We are SO excited to get back to work, and look forward to all of your projects. As we adapt to a new normal, we will be adjusting some of our processes regarding pickup, turnaround time, and more.
Due to staggered work schedules, our email communication and turnaround for estimates may take a little longer than usual. But we will continue to respond within 1-2 business days. If you haven’t heard from us by then, please feel free to nudge us. If your job is very time-sensitive, please note that in your email subject. You may also call the shop between 9am-5pm, Monday-Thursday.
It is more important than ever to ensure that your job is set up to our specifications. Due to staggered production schedules, delays resulting from incorrect file setup may add several days to your job’s turnaround. Make sure to read through our file guidelines and let us know if you have any questions.
Because of staggered work schedules, turnaround for jobs may be longer than normal. If your project is time-sensitive, please let us know the date you need them in-hand when you send in your estimate request. Rush service may be available at an additional cost. If this is something you’re interested in, please note that in your request. As always, we appreciate your patience and understanding!
Pickup & Shipping
All pickups are by appointment only, but we are currently not allowing clients into the shop. At your pickup time, please ring the front bell, and we will bring your job out to you. If you’ll be using a car service, we can bring the boxes to the edge of the curb for you.
If shipping is better, please send us your shipping address. We will continue shipping either UPS Ground or USPS, depending on the job. Shipping charges will apply.
