FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Heidelberg Windmill

June 28, 2017

Radix Media and Wasp Poster & Print are pleased to announce our forthcoming merger, set to take place on July 1, 2017. After working closely for several years, we’ve decided that joining forces and moving forward as one business will better serve our clients and the community at large. This merger brings together more than two decades of experience with print and design. Our combined knowledge of the print process spans the ins and outs of high-end offset, letterpress, and digital printing.

The biggest impact for our community will be the expanded list of services available under one roof. Our clients will have the option to choose from three different print processes, as well as additional services such as custom die-cutting, foil stamping, embossing, paper duplexing, and graphic design—all in a single location. We’re bringing together dedicated printers and designers who share a passion for printed matter, and who will always go above and beyond to make your project the absolute best it can be.

This merger isn’t simply about services, but also about values. As independent businesses we have always been dedicated to collective ownership, and the spirit of cooperation. We share a commitment to supporting independent writers, artists, publishers, and local businesses in addition to social justice organizations fighting for a more just world.

Finally, this additional capacity will factor greatly into our recently expanded publishing program. You can expect our forthcoming books and chapbooks to be beautifully printed objects, utilizing the perfect mixture of offset lithography and letterpress printing. We couldn’t be happier or more excited about the future to come, and we look forward to building with you.
